“Before working with Novus Catalyst, I was managing 23 pools and completely buried in calls, estimates, and paperwork. Growth felt impossible without hiring office staff. Within a short time, they implemented automated systems that now handle everything—answering calls, generating and sending estimates, and even producing service agreements without me touching a thing.

Today, we’re servicing 84 pools with zero administrative hires. My time is back, my margins are stronger, and the business finally runs like a system instead of a grind. This wasn’t just an upgrade—it completely changed how we operate.”
