His career includes 10 years as CEO of Chambers of Commerce and Non-Profits, where he drove growth, built sustainable partnerships, and played a pivotal role in successfully merging two chambers of commerce into a stronger, unified organization.

Earlier in his career, Christopher spent six years in Human Resources at The Sharper Image, sharpening his expertise in talent development, organizational culture, and performance management. For the past seven years, he has led his own consulting practice, guiding businesses and associations through change management, strategic planning, and innovation adoption.

Passionate about community and leadership, David volunteers his time with numerous nonprofits and proudly serves on 11 boards of directors (for profit and non-profit), where he contributes his insight on governance, finance, and organizational development.
